About Project Overlander
Sydney's turn-key 4x4 touring build workshop — based in Smeaton Grange, building vehicles for travellers, tradies and fleets across Australia.
Built by people who tour
Project Overlander was set up to do complete builds properly: one workshop that plans the whole vehicle — GVM, suspension, tray, canopy, storage, power and accessories — and fits it all in-house, so everything works together and there's one team accountable for the result.
We specialise in LandCruiser 70 and 300 Series, the 78 Series Troopy, INEOS Grenadier and Quartermaster, Ford Ranger Super Duty, dual cab utes and full-size American trucks including the Silverado, RAM, F-150 and Tundra.
Our workshop sits alongside our sister company OffRoad Systems, which has been designing and manufacturing 4WD drawer systems, FridgePack units, fridge slides and 12V power systems since 2000.
