GVM 3650 kg | GCM 7850 kg (BTC 4200 kg)
Stage 2 ZR2: 2in BDS Lift | 3650 GVM | 35in Tyres Legal
Stage 2 ZR2 of Offroad Industries' SSM NB1 lift program for the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (LTZ, Trail Boss & ZR2) (2019–2026). It gives the truck a 2in (on top of ZR2 factory height) lift and clearance for 35x12.5R18 / 35x12.5R20 (load-rated wheels required), while keeping the vehicle at 3650 kg GVM — so it stays in the NB1 light-vehicle category and can still be driven on a standard car licence.
Who it suits: ZR2 owners who need less lift to run 35s legally from new.

Why get it fitted by Project Overlander
Fitted in-house
Your package is installed by our own technicians at Smeaton Grange — the same team that builds our full American truck touring setups.
Engineering handled
We take care of the ORI approval paperwork, plates and certification, whether the truck is pre-registration or already on the road.
Build it once
Pair the upgrade with trays, canopies, long range tanks, awnings and 12V from the same workshop — one booking, one warranty contact.
Price is for the package supplied, fitted and engineered. Post-registration upgrades attract additional state engineering and registration fees. Some stages need load-rated wheels and tyres. Final specification is confirmed at quote, based on your vehicle's build and compliance plates. Offroad Industries (ORI) is an independent Australian brand; Project Overlander is an authorised installer.
