GVM 4250 kg | GCM 8750 kg LTZ / 8450 kg ZR2
Stage 4: The Heavy Hauler
Stage 4 of Offroad Industries' GVM program for the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (LTZ, Trail Boss & ZR2) (2019–2026). “The Heavy Hauler” lifts the truck 3.5in, clears 295/70R18 or 35x12.5R18 (load-rated wheels required, 0/+12 offset, 1250 kg wheel, 116Q tyre), and re-rates it to 4250 kg GVM and 8750 kg LTZ / 8450 kg ZR2 GCM — that's approx. 1672 kg (+121%) of legal payload.
Who it suits: Tray/canopy builds and fully loaded tourers wanting 35s legally while keeping 4.5T towing.

Why get it fitted by Project Overlander
Fitted in-house
Your package is installed by our own technicians at Smeaton Grange — the same team that builds our full American truck touring setups.
Engineering handled
We take care of the ORI approval paperwork, plates and certification, whether the truck is pre-registration or already on the road.
Build it once
Pair the upgrade with trays, canopies, long range tanks, awnings and 12V from the same workshop — one booking, one warranty contact.
Price is for the package supplied, fitted and engineered. Post-registration upgrades attract additional state engineering and registration fees. Some stages need load-rated wheels and tyres. Final specification is confirmed at quote, based on your vehicle's build and compliance plates. Offroad Industries (ORI) is an independent Australian brand; Project Overlander is an authorised installer.
